After being a Xerox Sales Manager for 8 years, in 1988 Philip created his first company dedicated to business aircraft leasing, Air Engineering Finance. During this period, this company became the McDonnell Douglas helicopters sole distributor for France and Benelux. In 1992 Philip founded Euro Aircraft Trading Ltd in London, a company dedicated to trading business and commercial aircraft and in 1996 it became the distributor for McDonnell Douglas aircraft up to the merger with Boeing Company.He then founded Masterjet, one of the leading European business airlines, specialising in Head of State and VVIP flights, which is now part of Luxaviation Group, the new global leader in business aviation. During this time, PGQ founded in Geneva Sparfell Aviation Technologies Group to combine, among other companies, all his aviation activities which now include Sparfell & Partners and SILC.
Earning his Licensed Engineering Degree in 1993, Christian began his career at Airbus on the engineering and asset management side of the industry spectrum. Traveling the world at Lufthansa Consulting, Christian managed a diversified portfolio of customers ranging from commercial operators to leading corporate clients before taking over responsibilities at Lufthansa Technik for asset management for financiers and leasing companies.Christian was the founder and head of an aircraft leasing company based in Ireland called Amentum, managing a commercial aircraft portfolio of more than $2.2bn. He then joined the business aviation world and was VP of all business aviation activities at PrivatAir. In 2015, he founded Sparfell & Partners with Philip for the global trading of commercial airliners, business jets and helicopters.

Ulf Gedamke started his
aviation career at the airberlin group in 2009, where he was responsible
as SVP for the entire asset & finance management of the airberlin
group, including all financing and fleet matters as well as treasury and
fuel management. He has successfully managed several restructuring
programs, including a fleet rollover to an all Airbus fleet.From
the end of 2015 until mid-2017, he was responsible at Etihad Airways for
the asset & finance management of the Etihad Airways Partners. Prior
to his aviation career, Ulf had different senior functions at Deutsche
Bank and Commerzbank as well as with Bombardier for over 15 years. He
was responsible for global corporate at Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank
and corporate finance at Bombardier, including the financing of the
development phase of Bombardier CSeries.

Philippe started his career by becoming a pilot at age 16 in France, his
native country. Later on, he lived in the Middle East was stationed as
CEO of a major European industrial company. After 30 successful years
in management and entrepreneurial positions, he was offered to join an
aircraft operation company in Geneva where he developed fractional
ownership and block hours on mono and twin turboprops. He then passed
his pilot instrument rating for a better comprehension of business
aviation before founding his own consultant company and started to
collaborate with a well-known M&A boutique to become branch expert
in the aviation industry, embracing business aviation as well as
aircraft manufacturing. His company regularly advises business aviation
operators as well as M&A banks for which he has conducted several
